Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@littlebikkie.com.au or via the website's contact form so we can work through the problem together.

Please keep in mind the following:

• To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. A store credit will then be issued.

 

• Refunds are available for faulty products only. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

• All of our silicone moulds are individually hand-poured and cured. Because of this handmade process, slight cosmetic variations can occur, including air bubbles or surface marks on the back or sides of the mould. These are a normal part of the curing process and do not affect the performance, durability, or finished results of the mould in any way.
  The professional-grade silicone we use is extremely strong and flexible, and visible bubbles do not compromise the integrity of the mould. In the unlikely event that a mould does tear or fail during normal use, please contact us straight away and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
