Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Please be aware that you may be responsible for import duty and taxes when placing an international order. This is not included in the shipping fee and is left up to the responsibility of the buyer.

In some countries, you may be charged VAT or excise duty. A customs duty on gifts or other goods from Australia above a certain value may also be payable.

US orders- Due to recent changes to U.S. import tariffs and customs requirements, shipping costs to the United States have increased. Australia Post now uses a third-party customs and duties service (Zonos) for U.S. deliveries. Additional administration fees and processing charges applied by this service are automatically included in the shipping rates shown at checkout.

UK orders- If you are required to pay import duty on goods from Australia, you will be contacted by Royal Mail or your courier with instructions on how to make your payment. After your payment is cleared, your parcel will be forwarded on to you. If payment isn't made, your parcel will be sent back to us.

Parcels are sent via standard post. All prices are in AUD and can increase anywhere up to $150 depending on the weight and size of the parcel.
